Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Stefan Wilhelm Münch, Pelzstraße 30, 53347 Alfter, Germany, s.muench@interfloh.com, Telephone: 022228389147) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods that can normally be returned by post. We bear the costs of returning goods that, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Special Notes
If you finance this contract through a loan and later withdraw from it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement either, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly to be assumed if we are also your lender or if your lender makes use of our cooperation with regard to the financing. If the loan has already flowed to us when the withdrawal becomes effective, your lender takes over our rights and obligations from the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign currencies, or derivatives).

If you wish to avoid a contractual commitment as much as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you also have a right of withdrawal for it.
